Exchange is possible within 14 working days of purchase for any manufecturing defective or damaged products. Products need to be in original condition, has not been used or washed and should be accompanied with the tag and invoice. Should inform us through email with relevent details and images about the defects or demages.
Discounted or products on promotion will not be exchanged.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 7 working days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
If you’ve received something you haven’t ordered, please send it back to us and we’ll refund or send you back the correct ordered item you as soon as it arrives back at our warehouse.
If you have an item missing from your order, please let us know within 3 days of your order being received and we’ll do our best to help you.
You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.
